We love to experiment with the closest we get to a “flagship” beer, Cush. For this go-round we decided to join the bitterboi movement and bring to you Cali Cush. We switched out our house ale strain and fermented Cush with a classic California ale strain. The result is the clearest Cush you’ll ever Cush. Amped up with extra pine notes, and a lingering, welcoming bitterness, this is a fun classic twist on our classic beer.
